What to expect in the exam?

The ITIL4 DPI Online examination is conducted through an online Proctor exam by PeopleCert, scheduled based on an individual appointment. Your ITIL4  DPI Certificate, delivered in electronic format, will be accessible as an E-certificate within 48 hours following the successful examination. It will be accessible in your personal account on the Peoplecert Candidate Portal. The Exam Voucher remains valid for 12 months.

  • Number of questions: 40
  • Format: Multiple choice and true/false questions
  • Minimum pass rate: 70%, which means 28 correct answers
  • Language: English
  • Prerequisites: You need to hold a valid ITIL v3, ITIL4 Foundation certification or must have passed the Managing Professional Transition examination
