I had only learned about project management or software development in theory; lifecycle methodologies like waterfall and agile thinking. Thanks to Article 26 I could see it being implemented. Before, I didn’t really understand why, for example, the daily scrums are so important as well as the sprint plannings or the product backlogs. The training offered me to see the value behind those tools.
